Company History

C2C previously traded as Linvest Properties (Pty) Ltd from the year 2004 to 2007. Linvest Properties was started by Shareholders RJ Friese and JF Friese and initially focused on prime property investment and rentals. By the year 2007 the company’s property portfolio grew to the extent whereby it started to get involved in the development of commercial property. This required the company to take on a new role in the construction industry. Subsequently it was decided to split the company into two separate industry related businesses. Concept2Construction (Pty) Ltd was registered by shareholders JM Friese, SA Friese, RJ Friese and JF Friese in April 2007

Team

Concept2Construction (Pty) Ltd has a permanent team of 25 staff and a fleet of 4 vehicles. Employees are all carefully screened and selected and are supplied with full uniforms and safety equipment. All sites are managed and controlled by senior management personally.
